Position Summary...

Walmart Connect is seeking experienced Senior Manager, Campaign Management to build and scale and grow the Campaign Management organization. This seasoned leader will report to the Director of Client Services and will own the execution, recognition, and delivery of sales revenue.
The candidate will have extensive campaign management background with a strong understanding of digital media operations within search, social and display solutions. The ideal candidate will have online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, bid management platforms and active campaign optimization experience. They will also be responsible for leading, coaching and influencing their direct reports and Walmart leadership. They will act as the main point of contact to Connect leadership to ensure successful campaign executions, provide solutions and guidance for technical implementations and troubleshooting.

What you'll do...

Manage a team of campaign managers responsible for managing and delivering advertising revenue goals

Own the daily functional management, triaging and conflict resolution of issues for campaign management team.

Drive efficiency in Walmart Connect’s processes and apply it to scale to greater campaign management organization

Responsible for 100% ad delivery of campaigns working within team service level agreement making sure process is being followed.

Develop and deliver regular reporting on overall campaign stats (i.e. performance, pacing, coverage, workload, etc.)

Act as a subject matter expert on each Walmart Connect ad products (Display, Search, Social). Work with Connect Leadership to create and deploy new policies, best practices and strategies for contextual and behavioral targeting.

Partner with the Director, Client Service on ongoing training and learning development for the campaign management team ranging from industry to soft skills.

Work with media partners and Ad Operations to ensure accurate platform implementation.

Implement strong operational rigor and discipline across the team to ensure standardization workflow across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience required in campaign management, ad operations or digital media operations within search, display media or social media
  • Strong understanding of advertising technology and data/performance measurement
  • Broad knowledge of programmatic and online advertising.
  • Analytical skills – ability to analyze campaign performance data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex information and clearly communicate to simple message.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple on going projects
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building, training and coaching a high performing team.
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
