Position Summary...

We are looking to hire a Senior Manager, Media Insights to join our growing team at Walmart Connect. The Senior Manager will be a detail oriented, and data driven leader with strategic insight, strong business acumen and progressive thought process that boasts a successful track record of building relationships and complex projects. The Senior Manager is responsible for understanding the data needs across Walmart Connect to build, scale, and develop insights capabilities. The successful candidate will lead a team of reporting analysts that manage the interpretation, analytics reporting, and analysis for omni-channel campaigns with Walmart advertisers. They will be the owner of scaling the data function, as new advertising solutions are launched.

What you'll do...

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across corporate marketing, web analytics, eComm, legal to create a holistic view of omni channel solutions to drive revenue.

Coach and mentor a team of reporting analysts that lead client facing campaign analysis to deliver data driven results and performance recommendations for Connect advertisers.

Work closely with Sales and Account Management in presenting campaign performance and actionable insights to support advertisers’ investment strategy.


Drive and elevate insights capabilities through innovative ways to report, integrate and communicate best practices.

Assist process improvement initiatives to scale data and measurement solutions.

Work collaboratively with Connect Leadership to define ad tagging requirements and ensure data quality and governance standards are executed

Develop and implement post campaign strategies that drive actionable recommendations and high return on investment

Foster and manage third party measurement supplier partnerships and identify new supplier solutions to address clients needs.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years supervisory/management experience
  • 5 + years of experience in marketing strategy & analytics and measurement
  • Relevant work experience with advertising, measurement and/or digital marketing analytics
  • Experience with online advertising, targeting and measurement systems and methodologies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple on-going projects
  • Strong understanding of advertising technology and data/performance measurement
  • Strong ability to interpret complex information and clearly communicate to simple message.
