Position Summary...

To provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations in order to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

What you'll do...

1. Rencontrer le gérant de rayon et le gérant de l’expérience client (aire de vente) pour discuter des changements quotidiens dans la succursale.
2. Tenir le client au courant de tous les changements survenus durant la semaine.
3. Faire la tournée des secteurs touchés pour rencontrer les clients et répondre à leurs questions et à leurs besoins.
4. Faire les annonces à la sono pour les clients.
5. Communiquer les questions, les suggestions et les préoccupations des clients au gérant de rayon et au gérant de l'expérience.
6. Communiquer tout problème de sécurité à l’équipe de direction après avoir corrigé le danger.
