Position Summary...

The Regional Maintenance Manager will support and report to the VP, DC Operations. This position is responsible for planning and directing the preventative maintenance in regional facilities. The successful candidate will develop, communicate, and ensure the effective implementation of operational procedure. This position is also responsible for overseeing all daily work activities to ensure customer quality, productivity, service and delivery commitments are met.

What you'll do...

• Provide direction and support to departmental Team Leaders, Associates, including contractual vendors.
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of the computerized maintenance program.
• Organize, communicate and monitor all maintenance department functions.
• Participate in project planning, Capital Expense submission, scheduling and commissioning.
• Prioritize and delegate work requests and provide feedback on project/work status.
• Manage inventory of equipment.
• Ensure all Health & Safety, WHMIS and MSDS regulations are followed.
• Participate in management and departmental meetings.
• Active participant on cross-functional team and assume management responsibilities where applicable.
• Oversee operational equipment and facility maintenance including the operation and monitoring of automated conveyor systems.
• To ensure the implementation and maintenance of an effective system of management for occupational health and safety (OH&S) consistent with the Act and other legislative requirements.
• Participate in departmental budget and labor planning budget preparation.

The pay range for this position is $94,400.00 - $123,900.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
