Position Summary...
Le gérant, exploitation de pharmacie, Québec, est responsable de l’intégration des grands projets dans le réseau et du support des activités quotidiennes des districts géographiques désignés des pharmacies du Québec, ses franchisés, ses gestionnaires et ses employés, en s’assurant que les directives et les lignes directrices du réseau sont respectées et mises en application.What you'll do...
Assist/support/coach/influence franchisees in maximizing their sales, margins, and profitability.
Develop and implement the operational action plans for pharmacies in district and/or for the network on an ongoing basis.
Work with managers and franchisees to ensure Walmart Guidelines and Policies are enforced with respect to culture, merchandising, signage, etc.
Ensure that service levels in the pharmacies are acceptable and are according to established guidelines by Walmart or Quebec regional pharmacy office.
Ensure that the managers are following the merchandising and modular plans established by Walmart Canada and/or the Quebec regional office.
Responsible for developing and implementing training programs/seminars for all OTC managers and associates.
Ensure all pharmacy operational & regulatory requirements/procedures/programs are implemented and sustained.
Work with franchisees in planning for major renovations and/or relocation of their pharmacies.
