Position Summary...

The Associate Manager, Go-to-Market is responsible for the execution of electronics 3rd Party program strategies through training, communication, and process improvement for both merchants and stores. This unique role will require an associate to deliver on P&L objectives through collaboration with merchant and operations teams, with a focus on continuous process improvement. This individual will frequently collaborate and influence cross functional leads and leadership at Director, Sr Director and Sr VP levels, and amongst both internal and external stakeholders across our business.

What you'll do...

1. Go to Market Execution
• Develop tools and communications for use by Walmart and 3rd party provider, OSL (Reports, Execution Guides, Videos)
• Leverage cross functional relationships to resolve pain points. Process simplification, in partnership with process owners, identify ways to automate where possible.
• Assist with smooth execution of strategic projects such as GMT and program expansion
• Liaise between merchant team and OSL. Primary point of contact for Walmart stores (Central Operations) and OSL business leads.
• Grow and improve existing instore relationship and find new ways to drive collaboration amongst OSL and Walmart teams
• Administer various projects and programs that support Electronics and Entertainment priorities (modular execution, produce demos, sales assist)

2. Commercial Calendar Implementation – Successful Execution of “special events”
• Execution of Product launches
• Execution of Event Management – i.e. Back to school / Black Friday
• Work with OSL to establish training priorities and timing. Management of the OSL activity planner. Prioritizing of tasks that are balanced with Electronics objectives.

3. Performance Management
• Cross functional relationship management – Replenishment, Operations, Finance, Health & Safety, People,
• Influence & align on operating & sales budget with Ops Finance & Merch Finance through AOP process.Work with OSL to build & target set.
• Performance analysis (Interpret data, analyze result) & cost management.Implement changes & make recommendations for improved ROI and delivery of CTS,
• Own monthly forecasting process with Ops finance and host quarterly business check in sessions with leadership (Director, VP, Finance, Ops)
• Supplier Management (OSL) - communicate results, ensure delivering to contractual KPIs, customer experience & in store execution
• Identify & implement new program elements to improve ROI such as: Presale, Sales Incentives, Big Events, Contests, Product Launches, Foster Supplier Partnerships, Rep level reporting

4. Other
• Assist with smooth execution of strategic projects such as GMT and program expansion
• Advocate for the program and influence merchant/replenishment decisions around inventory availability, assortment exceptions and LTO buys.
