Position Summary...

This role is responsible for ensuring that all communications reflect the Walmart brand tone, copy strategy, and voice across all eCommerce channels and customer touchpoints, advocating for customers and ensuring the brand is well-defined and communicated through all experiences.

What you'll do...

This role plans, develops, and oversees the creation of user-centric content, ensuring the tone and writing style express and elevate the brand voice across all customer touchpoints such as campaign banners, UX features, FAQ’s and the Help Centre. The role may leverage data and user testing to optimize language in marketing material, maximizing impact and customer engagement. Analyzing and interpreting data effectively to inform decision-making processes and build a solid understanding of customer pain points, needs, and expectations is essential.

The role requires a solid understanding of the brand style guide, approach to messaging, and its implementation across appropriate channels. Developing and evolving copy workflows and processes, including managing the workflow from ideation to final delivery, may also be required. Managing content on the site to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant, or escalating to content owners for prioritization of updates or removal, is part of the responsibility.

Additionally, participation in design reviews and collaboration with designers on content strategy, concepts, narrative, and storytelling may be necessary. Your voice will help define how millions of customers engage with our brand. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum level of education required for this role: College diploma or University degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or relevant work experience
  • Minimum level of work experience required for this role: 4-7 years

The pay range for this position is $74,000.00 - $101,750.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
