Position Summary...

Manager, eCommerce Logistics Solutions is responsible for providing technical leadership in the solution design, planning, expansion and development of the fulfillment network for The tech manager will bring techno-functional insights to ecommerce operations and will facilitate requirement gathering and functional specifications as well as develop technology roadmap specific to strategic projects implementation. This is a critical role within the ECommerce leadership team that has a high degree of impact on the technology solution development for ecom operations. This is an individual contributor role with which requires an extremely high degree of cross-functional collaboration and partnership across the business functions within Walmart and other external third parties.

What you'll do...

Provide techno - functional leadership in the solution design, planning, expansion and development of the fulfillment network for

Lead requirement gatherings and development of user stories for product/ feature development. The tech manager will translate requirements into technology specifications, work with the engineering teams to support development activities, and support Supply Chain operational technology needs.

Lead technical solution developments with cross functional business teams to define acceptance criteria and delivery time lines. Ensure post development activities like UAT, PI features and rollout schedules

Ensure timely deployment and assess mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted customer experience

Drive the execution of multiple business plans/projects; developing and communicating business priorities while removing barriers that impact performance. Weekly/ Monthly status reports to be shared with all stakeholders

Subject-matter expert to represent operations in tech discussions, keeping up-to-date on process and workflow changes that are required by the Logistics team.

Map business process flows to generate a digital twin to enhance new feature development. Upgrade the digital twin with latest developments to maintain the live records of all available features

Evaluate different technology solutions alternatives through feasibility studies and provide investment analysis


  • Bachelor's Degree, education in Supply Chain Management preferred         
  • 6-8 Years warehouse, manufacturing or logistics experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and/or Access
  • WMS integration, customer facing software or ERP experience, as an asset
  • Project Management and or program management experience required
  • Strong communication skills
