Position Summary...
The Manager, Marketing, Store Signage – Projects & Design leads and plans strategic in-store signage initiatives in alignment with Marketing & Corporate strategy. Managing Production and installation of all in-store signage for relay and format projects, ensuring design is followed in all Format and strategic project stores whilst continuing to drive customer experience in all store formats.What you'll do...
Lead strategic and innovative development and solutioning for signage, displays, hardware and fixtures to improve customer experience while reducing overall costs by managing end to end project signage production and execution through partnership and collaboration with cross functional internal partners, including Format Development, Merchandising, Fixtures, Licensees and Operations and external vendor partners. Scope includes store layout design review and inputs, project management with creative and print vendors for schedules, content quality, budgets and cost tracking and allocations, risk and issue identification and resolution management.
Lead Signage Strategic Governance, including: Manage transition and integration of Swipe up elements to Relay/National rollouts, including proposals and implementation of approved projects through the design process; active participant, representing Signage Governance, managing signage committee meetings, including schedules, agendas, meeting and store walk facilitation, action items and committee decision tracking, stakeholder communication; facilitates the signage requests filtering using specified criteria with the design and construction team.
Lead and support signage process improvement initiatives with Store Set, Design, Construction, Marketing Operations and vendors, including developing and ongoing maintenance and improvements for Relay planning and execution above and below 8 ft processes, to improve costs and overall quality
Collaborate with Design & Construction to develop and maintain templates, models and guiding principles for relay stores, including Architectural store layouts and store playbooks
Plan and implement all above 8’ signage with vendor partners, ensuring the production and installation of all key projects ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget
Manage inventory and warehouse management with external vendors including Inventory controls; Inventory reporting – warehouse inventory, write offs, back orders, allocation to projects; warehouse space utilization; ongoing analysis, recommendations, and implementation of improvement opportunities
Manage the signage budget tracker, including monthly signage program budget adjustments, Purchase Orders (PO’s), invoice tracking and allocations with the Customer Marketing team, Format Development and Vendor Management teams
