Position Summary...

The Omni Vendor Operations Manager leads in the execution of Omni programs driven by partners for Walmart.ca and stores. The manager is accountable for driving existing operation and growth of third party businesses and development of new opportunities. Works as a subject matter expert to facilitate decision making and improve the overall product for the end consumer. Works cross functionality across the business and with 3rd party partners to ensure common alignment to strategy, goals, timelines and budgets. Develops processes and ensures legal, compliance and financial scrutiny across the organization. Accountable for developing and maintaining legal contracts for relevant partnerships.

What you'll do...

Temporary/Contract Role: 9 Months

1. Lead strategy & execution for partnerships with Grocery Marketplace platforms like Instacart, Uber, Doordash. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to design project strategy and deliver project goals.
2. Acts as a subject matter expert on Online Grocery Marketplace Services. Supports building the strategy of any new grocery marketplace partnerships to ensure that overall solution is leveraging and sharing best practices in the industry and across relevant verticals.
3. Influence and engage stakeholders to drive GMV growth and profitability and experience delivered by the platforms
4. Works with Legal, compliance and appropriate business governance on legal contracts. MSA’s and other contractual documentation both new business and addendums and amendment, ensuring it is aligned with overall business goals and long term objectives.
5.. Reports on program to senior leadership, measures & reports key metrics, drives programs to improve key metrics.
6. Acts as an advocate for digital/multichannel leverage across the organization.  Works with teams to ensure they have the knowledge to move their business / program forward.
7. Accountable for compliance and processing of appropriate payments to 3rd party partners in line with policy and governance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5+ years' related experience

- Strong project management and analytical skills

- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders and business partners

- Highly organized with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
