As a Capital Program Manager, you will play a pivotial role in the implementation of capital program plans, changes, and solutions. You will serve as a key liaison, communicating with key stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing critical issues through root-cause analysis, monitoring program execution, developing and tracking milestones, overseeing high-level deliverables, and preparing weekly performance reports.
In this role, you will coordinate and oversee capital program requirements by building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, while supporting initiatives that address customer and business needs. You will set and communicate clear goals and objectives to drive accountability, measure progress, identify opportunities, and foster continuous learning with the Team.
Evaluating program performance will involve comparing projections to actual results, analyzing key performance indicators and trend data, conducting return-on-investment analyses, and reviewing customer feedback. You will also address cross-functional program issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance service and product capabilities, presenting recommendations for adjustments and process improvements to leadership to ensure key deliverables are met.
Additionally, you will also provide supervision and development opportunities for Associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting diversity awareness. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures will be a priority, achieved by implementing related action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and providing guidance on business processes and practices. You will execute complex programs by prioritizing issues, developing presentations, managing stakeholder expectations, and developing key metrics and performance reports.
This position is integral to the Asset Lifecycle Strategy and requires a strong command of industry methodologies and best practices to achieve site reliability and maximize organizational value. You will also be responsible for managing an annual budget, with a focus on maximizing efficiency, achieving operational excellence, and maintaining quality.
