Position Summary...

The Manager, Store Space Design plays a key role in shaping the in-store experience for New Stores by creating and adapting store design/layout solutions that support strategic business goals. This role requires delivering designs that enhance customer engagement, improve profitability, and streamline operations.

What you'll do...

Key responsibilities:

  • Store Layout/Design Development: Translate business strategies into compelling store design concepts that balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and space optimization. Develop multiple design options, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure alignment with brand and departmental guidelines.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Format Team, Merchandising, Real Estate, Marketing, and Operations to integrate design with broader business initiatives. Build strong relationships to gather input, align on priorities, and ensure seamless execution.

  • Project Management: Define project requirements, manage scope, and maintain the integrity of store drawings. Support New Store programs through drawing updates, quality checks, and implementation oversight.

  • Implementation & Standards: Ensure consistency and operational viability of designs through documentation, visual aids, and pilot reviews. Approve scalable solutions and monitor adherence to design standards during rollout

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present updates to leadership, influence team engagement, and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications :

  • Advanced level of Revit/AutoCAD

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Bluebeam)

  • Understanding Architectural floor plans

  • Strong analytical,  leadership skills, project management

  • Understanding of Gen AI

  • JDA/Floor planning asset to have
