As part of the Talent Management team, the Manager, Talent Management creates and implements internal talent mobility strategies, policies, and processes to empower employees in their career development. This role partners with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs, creating organizational capability models based on skills supply and demand, and aligning career journeys to business objectives.
The Manager, Talent Management maps career journeys and builds resources, services, and tools to facilitate career growth for associates and leaders. This role may also develop change management plans to engage leaders and promote a culture of talent mobility. Leveraging data and analytics, the Manager measures the impact of talent initiatives, focusing on pipeline development, diversity representation, and upskilling.
Additionally, the Manager supports large-scale initiatives, including upskilling pilots, and provides career resourcing support for associates. This role serves as an internal talent consultant, working on various team-based career development initiatives. Managing budgets, processing invoices, and preparing statements of work are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- A passion for people, their development and reaching their potential
- Demonstrated experience as a Talent champion
- Experience in facilitating sessions in person, and in the virtual classroom
- Experience in developing PowerPoint slides with impact and brevity
- Understanding of skills taxonomy and experience with applying this to proficiency
- Change & Project Management experience
- Technology implementation experience is a plus
- Highly organized, strong ability to influence and a bold thinker
