Position Summary...

Product Manager II manages product development through stakeholder collaboration, user research, and iterative testing to enhance customer experience and business value.

What you'll do...

We are seeking a Product Manager II to lead the development and delivery of associate-focused technology solutions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and business acumen to guide features from ideation through launch and scale.

As a Product Manager II, you will drive the product development lifecycle for select features. You will prioritize and refine backlogs, lead requirements gathering, define acceptance criteria, and conduct feature validation. Leveraging customer insights, market research, and business goals, you will translate needs into clear documentation for design and engineering teams, ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.

In this role, you will play a key part in launch readiness and change management. Responsibilities include coordinating go-to-market planning, supporting internal communications, and championing adoption strategies that maximize customer and business value. You will analyze feature performance, track KPIs and NPS, and make data-driven recommendations for iterative improvement.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to craft ROI analyses, assess investment trade-offs, and connect adoption metrics to tangible business outcomes. You are comfortable articulating technical concepts, trade-offs, and constraints for both technical and business audiences, and you maintain a curiosity for industry trends that can shape future strategy.

Additionally, you will manage roadmaps for assigned features, aligning them with product strategy and stakeholder needs. You will structure plans across short, mid, and long-term horizons, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and experimentation.

If you thrive at the intersection of customer needs, business value, and technology execution, and are eager to make an impact in shaping scalable solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
