Position Summary...

The Project Manager, Omni Productivity is responsible leading and delivering process improvement and productivity projects that support and advance the future vision of Omnichannel store operations for Walmart Canada. This role is accountable for the identification, design, and implementation of approved initiatives, integrating key field SME knowledge to achieve objectives and working cross functionally with multiple field and home office stakeholders.

What you'll do...

1. Identify opportunities for improved service or productivity and solve for systemic issues causing business risk in stores through research, data analysis, associate feedback, and time in stores. Develop and implement solutions aligned to overall vision and operations strategy.
2. Define business requirements and design proof of concept, pilot and rollout plans for process and/or technology implementations. Investigate and test new and innovative technology solutions to address gaps where applicable
3. Develop project plans and communicate status of assigned projects
4. Define and/or improve operational metrics and service levels to measure productivity and customer satisfaction relevant to process and/or technology changes
5. Provide guidance and support to stores. Work with Field Management and store operations when required in order to meet project schedules successfully.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of change management (communication & training) strategies to support the introduction, adoption and sustainment of process and/or technology change.
7. Develop and own applicable associate routines and standard operating procedures. Provide content for all training materials (hourly and management associates) and help facilitate national training where required
8. Build relationships with and collaborate with international counterparts to share and gather ideas.

Qualifications:

• Minium of 3-5 years of working experience
• Knowledge of OMNI and Store Operations
• Data Analysis and Reporting experience
• Project Management Experience would be an asset
