Position Summary...

The Senior Analyst, Business Operations eCommerce, supports the execution of strategies to enhance eCommerce operations. Responsibilities include data analysis, strategy implementation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

What you'll do...

The Senior Analyst, eComm Supply Chain will be responsible for driving performance of Seller support and solving for all Seller Platform issues, pro-actively as well as re-actively. The person would make sure Seller Support SLAs are met and set the right expectations for the seller based on the issue. The person would be establishing SOPs for to optimize people, processes and policies, driving Operational excellence through the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to enhance customer and seller experience on the platform
• Working with teams across different departments to identify and implement improvements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Leading and supporting change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices
• Establish clear-cut SOPs, Documentation with Seller Support and Engineering regarding processes and SLAs and drive Seller Experience
• Engage with Sellers/ Account Management team on a regular basis to understand pain points of the sellers and seek to consistently improve our platform and offerings pro-actively.
• Drive Operational excellence initiatives across Org and manage Implementation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering or relevant field of study with 1-3 years of experience working in Supply Chain, Operations or Strategy, preferably in eCommerce, or other relevant experience
• Bias for action, highly organized and a passion for solving customer problems
• Strong business analysis skills, including understanding issues, requirements gathering and creating solutions for users
• Excellent data analytical and communication skills
