The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in driving finance transformation initiatives by leading projects that enhance financial systems and optimize processes. This position is designed to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations. Acting as a key liaison between Finance and cross-functional teams, the role ensures that system enhancements and process changes align with business objectives and compliance standards.
Beyond technical improvements, the Senior Analyst will provide strategic insights and decision support, enabling leadership to make informed choices that improve profitability and operational performance. This is a project-based role requiring strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage change effectively across the organization.

Qualifications
Technical: Experience with and ability to use Tableau, Essbase, Alteryx, Hyperion, or similar tool Business skill
Attention to detail, the ability to deal with ambiguity and can work successfully and effectively on cross-functional teams
General Knowledge areas: eCommerce Background
