Position Summary...

The Activations Specialist for Marketplace will assist in executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance marketplace visibility on Walmart.ca. This role involves collaborating with Walmart Canada’s Marketplace leaders and various stakeholders to identify marketing opportunities and drive visibility for the Marketplace business.

What you'll do...

1. Assist in developing and implementing campaign and event strategies for Marketplace. 

2. Support process automation to streamline efforts and enhance decision-making. 

3. Build relationships with Digital Marketing, Commercial Planning, and Site/Category Experience teams. 

4. Analyze and report campaign results, providing recommendations for improvement. 

5. Execute promotional plans and ensure continuous alignment with stakeholders. 

6. Assist in training cross-functional teams on Campaign/Event Planning processes. 

7. Coordinate Marketplace Flash deals and other evergreen campaigns. 

8. Communicate campaign details and anticipate potential challenges. 

9. Make data-driven decisions to maximize campaign exposure. 

10. Support the creation of forecasts, actuals reporting, and post-mortems for events. 

11. Identify gaps in marketing strategies and propose new ideas. 

12. Foster cross-functional team synergies to drive conversions.
