Position Summary...

Develop and manage store-specific building design based on company standards and in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Manage architectural and support consultants to develop construction drawings based on approved real estate. Plan within the allocated budget for each project.

What you'll do...

Responsibilities:

•   Lead and manage greenfield/brownfield/takeover projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals are met.
• Collaborate with property developers and landlords.
• Review site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage Design Consultants, Civil Consultants, Planners, and respective deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Real Estate, Engineering & Construction).
• Oversee the design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support, including reviewing civil due diligence reports and providing inputs on the LOIs with property developers and Landlords.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues that arise at all stages (pre-construction, construction & closeout).
• Prepare and present updates to stakeholders, including project updates and risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in managing greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proven experience working with property developers and landlords.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Office, and project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
