The Senior Manager, Program Management is responsible for enhancing the online customer experience by ensuring end‑to‑end item transactability, fulfillment eligibility, and operational readiness across Walmart Canada’s eCommerce platform. As a subject‑matter expert in eCommerce fulfillment and item eligibility logic, this role provides strategic guidance to partners across the business and identifies new opportunities to accelerate omni‑channel growth. The Senior Manager partners closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Catalog, Product, eCommerce Operations, and Technology teams to unlock online sales, strengthen operational discipline, and ensure items are correctly enabled throughout the end-to-end item lifecycle.
Working cross‑functionally, the role drives efforts to expand and optimize assortment across all omni‑channels by ensuring items are accurately configured and enabled for each applicable fulfillment channel. The Senior Manager leads the identification, prioritization, and resolution of systemic issues that impact item availability, fulfillment eligibility, and customer experience across digital and omni‑channels.
The Senior Manager leads the strategic development and execution of initiatives that enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency within store‑fulfilled and omni‑channel models. The Senior Manager develops project roadmaps aligned to long term organizational goals and business OKRs, and provides regular, executive‑level progress updates to senior leadership.

L’échelle salariale pour ce poste est de 109 400,00 à 150 480,00. La rémunération sera déterminée en fonction de l’expérience pertinente.ㅤ
