Position Summary...
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new opportunities for non-prototypical store locations. This role requires strategic thinking, deep retail market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion.What you'll do...
The role involves conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify potential new store locations. Evaluating sites based on demographic data, traffic patterns, competitive landscape, and economic trends is essential. Overseeing feasibility studies may assess the viability and potential profitability of new store locations. Managing all aspects of the site acquisition process, including site identification, negotiation, and contract execution, is crucial. Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution is also important. Developing and maintaining project timelines to meet all milestones within budget may be required. Negotiating lease terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes, building and maintaining relationships with landlords, brokers, and other real estate professionals, and overseeing the drafting and review of contracts are key responsibilities. Budget management and financial analysis to support site selection and lease negotiation decisions may also be necessary. Providing regular updates and reports on project status, market conditions, and strategic recommendations, along with maintaining accurate records of all transactions, agreements, and project documentation, ensure effective communication and documentation practices.
