Position Summary...

This role determines the scope of remodel and format projects to maximize sales and profitability, focusing on decision-making that supports customer needs and influencing cross-functional partners.

What you'll do...

This role involves building strong partnerships to understand the strategy of each remodel or project and developing final plans. It may require leading scope trips to analyze store layouts, operations input, and alignments with various partners. The role also involves making strategic recommendations and presenting them to leadership for buy-in, ensuring alignment across the organization.

The role may also require building the scope of format projects to protect and grow sales, profitability, and customer experience. Making informed judgments by using relevant business metrics, analyses, and reports is essential. The role may involve leveraging, negotiating, and managing third-party consultants on major projects when additional resources are required.

Managing third-party negotiations, project management, and maintaining store layout files are critical responsibilities. The role may also involve leveraging space analysis tools to provide business recommendations on optimizing store space. Additionally, the role may require partnering with other roles to ensure continuous updates in design elements and project management. Engaging and motivating team members to utilize design tools effectively and managing workload priorities are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with AutoDesk tools

  • 5-10 years of experience in Store Design, Merchandising, and/or Retail

  • Ability to leverage GenAi tools to aid in decision making and simplifying processes
