Position Summary...
Sr. Acquisition & MarTech Product ManagerThe Senior Acquisition & MarTech Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution of our marketing technology platforms across organic and paid channels. This role partners with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to maximize ROI, deliver scalable growth, and ensure that our Marketing Technology (Martech) stack drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This position requires expertise in SEO, SEM, paid digital channels, and social, combined with a strong technical understanding of feeds, signaling, server-side integrations, and analytics. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an executor—able to define long-term, AI-driven vision while delivering measurable impact in the short term.
What you'll do...
Responsibilities:
Define the long-term vision and strategy for marketing technology products, identifying opportunities across SEO, AIO/GEO, SEM, Affiliates, and social channels to drive revenue growthwhile minimizing cost of acquisition
Own and manage product roadmaps and feature backlogs, gathering requirements from stakeholders and analyzing performance data to inform priorities.
Turn marketing and customer insights into actionable priorities, setting objectives and KPIs for lead metrics such as paid channel feed performance & content quality, as well as SEO page performance/core web vitals and indexation.
Measure success by tracking improvements in organic visibility, paid media efficiency, cost per acquisition, and customer engagement.
Partner with marketing, data science, and engineering teams to design and deliver integrated solutions, including AI-driven optimizations at scale, signals & feedsenhancements, and cross-channel automation.
Drive adoption of new and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish best practices for marketing performance tracking, automation, and optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in marketing technology, AdTech, or growth platforms.
Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, paid marketing (Google Ads, Meta, Affiliates), and social media (Influencer content creation and storefronts).
Understanding of AI-driven optimization powering SEO at scale, as well as GEO to ensure content is cited/used in AI answers and AIO to ensure Walmart.ca content is broadly usable by AI.
Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer)
Ability to turn marketing strategies into technical product requirements and execution plans.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills, able to bridge business and technical teams.
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
