A Senior Technical Program Manager evaluates, coordinates, and advises on optimal solutions for the company's software development or implementation projects. This role may also supervise and give visibility to the work of those responsible for project execution, including plans, risks, tasks, and performance indicators for simple and medium-sized projects. The position may oversee maintenance projects of the company's computer systems and analyze, execute, or coordinate the resolution of computer support problems. The role involves coordinating, completing, and overseeing job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The manager supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifies and communicates goals and objectives, builds accountability, measures progress, and addresses improvement opportunities. Adaptability and the promotion of continuous learning are essential. Providing supervision and development opportunities for associates is also crucial. This includes hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness. The role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on executing business processes and practices. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
