Position Summary...

This role oversees maintenance and repairs of retail properties, ensuring alignment with maintenance standards, managing operating capital and capital replacement strategies and operating spend, while aligning to corporate sustainability goals. Responsibilities include vendor management, digital innovation, and developing long-term asset replacement plans

What you'll do...

This role develops detailed capital and expense budgets and execution plans for various maintenance areas, including annual planning and monthly reporting. The Director will present regular updates to senior leadership on budget, project updates and performance metrics. Responsibilities include bidding and negotiating preventive maintenance, repairs, and service contracts, and managing performance with appropriate KPIs.

Ensuring that property, building, and equipment preventive maintenance programs comply with corporate policies and industry standards. The Director will collaborate with internal teams and counterparts on best practices and performing systematic regulatory audits.

Collaboration with key stakeholders and business partners to evaluate new methods and materials for site and building design. The Director will also oversee preventative maintenance of office facilities and related equipment to ensure efficient operation and compliance with standards. Developing and executing a corporate sustainability plan, including waste separation and recycling programs, is important. Creating best practices through technology, strategic partnerships, and innovation.

The pay range for this position is $133,200.00 - $183,150.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
