This role may guide and influence program participants and stakeholders, focusing on decision points, options for end outcomes, and solutions that unblock and de-risk programs. This role may mentor team members on communication styles, modifying approaches according to stakeholder requirements. Utilizing fact-based data and analytics insights, this role may build cohesive narratives, present options, solutions, and decisions clearly, and provide timely feedback. This role also leads complex discussions, presenting non-partisan points of view to drive alignment and influence outcomes.
In leveraging domain knowledge, this role demonstrates an awareness of various principles, processes, relevant technology, ways of working, and terminologies across a domain. This role may extend program plans to incorporate elements of communications, marketing, and field service management. Additionally, this role may lead discussions, conduct impact analysis, guide decisions, identify areas for new processes and automation techniques, and proactively research new processes to influence product roadmaps.
Technical expertise is crucial for this role, which may lead and broker agreement on end-to-end system design of medium/high-complexity systems. This role may identify system limitations, establish processes for defect management, review design decisions, and ensure teams focus on solutions for customers and business stakeholders. This role also reviews delivery plans, incorporates understanding of product use cases, and ensures quality outcomes for new initiatives and modernization of technology stacks.
Delivering program results involves driving monitoring for multiple programs, decomposing performance metrics, identifying key risks, and managing issues to unblock programs. This role ensures effective use of program budgets, dynamically reassesses and refines roadmaps, implements processes to accelerate timelines, and defines goals for vague programs. By simplifying concurrent deliverables and managing queuing for engineering teams, this role ensures prioritization frameworks for dynamic resequencing of initiatives.
