Position Summary...
The Manager, Business Intelligence and Reporting leverages data to generate insights, ensuring high-quality reporting and analysis. This role collaborates with various teams to support strategic decision-making, performance tracking, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on Customer Experience (CX) Analytics. The position is responsible for measuring customer experience through NPS surveys, analyzing drivers of NPS, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to the business to enhance performance.What you'll do...
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and determine the appropriate analytics tools and metrics, with an emphasis on CX measurement and NPS reporting.
- Identify and validate data sources, ensure data integrity, and produce intuitive visualizations and reports.
- Utilize Qualtrics (or similar platforms like Medallia) to design, manage, and analyze customer experience surveys.
- Analyze NPS drivers and deliver insights and recommendations based on analysis to improve business performance.
- Train team members on analytics platforms and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Oversee quality management of analysts’ output to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships to secure necessary analytics tools and platforms, adhering to budget constraints.
- Drive strategic analysis and reporting to support various business units with tailored solutions.
- Develop dashboards and advanced analytical models to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Promote a data-driven culture by empowering other departments to analyze and report on their data, fostering continuous improvement in reporting practices and insights generation.
