Position Summary...

The Manager, Business Intelligence and Reporting leverages data to generate insights, ensuring high-quality reporting and analysis. This role collaborates with various teams to support strategic decision-making, performance tracking, and stakeholder management.

What you'll do...

The Manager, Business Intelligence and Reporting work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and determine the appropriate analytics tools and metrics. This position involves identifying and validating data sources, ensuring data integrity, and producing intuitive visualizations and reports. The role may also involve training team members on analytics platforms and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Quality management is a key responsibility, as the Manager oversees the output of analysts to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role also includes managing vendor relationships to secure necessary analytics tools and platforms, adhering to budget constraints.

Additionally, the Manager drives strategic analysis and reporting to inform business decisions, supporting various business units with tailored solutions. The role may involve project management, stakeholder engagement, and the development of dashboards and advanced analytical models to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This position promotes a data-driven culture by empowering other departments to analyze and report on their data, fostering continuous improvement in reporting practices and insights generation.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Statistics

· Extensive background in data and statistical analysis

· Hands on experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL.

· Sound knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting and model building (e.g. Cluster Analysis, PCA, Regression, LTV and Churn Modelling)

· Proven experience working in survey data (Item analysis, Scale Reliability, Key Drivers) but an appetite to combine with other data to take those analyses/insights to the next level

· Exceptional storytelling / presentation-building skills, including the ability to translate complex statistical concepts into simple and actionable insights

· Demonstrated knowledge of Strategic Workforce Planning

· Expertise in Business Intelligence Reporting with Tableau to drive insights · Ability to build complex extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) pipelines to clean and fuse data together.

The pay range for this position is $103,410.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
