The Manager, Inventory Management is responsible for the optimization and channeling of our supply chain network including aligning products into correct DC network, flow channel and EOQs. Additionally, the Manager leads supply chain optimization initiatives, conducting detailed analytical studies and managing cross-functional projects from inception to operational ownership.
The Manager is also responsible for planning and executing supply chain transformation projects, including the launch of new distribution centers and warehouse management systems. This role involves defining business requirements, onboarding vendors and internal partners, coordinating store delivery schedules, and managing transition planning activities for new projects. Effective communication and stakeholder management are key to ensuring successful project execution.
The role requires proven knowledge and experience of Supply Chain, the optimization of Supply Chain, strong communication skills, managing complex feedback, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaborative improvements. The Manager continuously analyzes supply chain data to optimize inventory processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (SCM, Business Admin, Economics and Engineering), Masters or Supply Chain certification (APICS, CPIM, or CSCP) are an assets
- Minimum 5 years relatable experience (e.g., retail, manufacturing, FMCG) with experience in optimization of end-to-end supply chains
- Experience with S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated comfort in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Advanced analytics and supply chain modeling (simulation, optimization)
- Proficient coding in one or more languages: Java, Python, R
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying
- Experience with data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Track record of productive stakeholder engagement and driving data-driven conversations
- Experience leading data-driven projects from conception to implementation
- Ability to set goals, create strategies, and influence project roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
