Position Summary...

This role leads the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs, content, and facilitation practices. The role may oversee training initiatives, support learning governance, evaluate program effectiveness, and partner with stakeholders to align learning solutions with business and operational needs. Develop and accelerate Merchant and Vendor functional capabilities (frameworks, process and systems) using instructional design methodology (assesses, develop, design, implement, deliver, evaluate). Manage the implementation and execution of the Merchant learning architecture and curriculum roadmap using blended learning solutions.

What you'll do...

This role leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of learning programs, resources, and performance support tools. The role may assess learning needs, identify knowledge gaps, and create blended learning solutions that support capability development and operational objectives.

This role may manage learning content throughout its lifecycle, including review, adaptation, quality assurance, and ongoing enhancement. The role also collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure learning materials remain relevant, effective, and aligned with evolving business needs.

This role supports learning delivery and facilitator effectiveness by promoting best practices, developing training resources, facilitating learning experiences, and enhancing instructional capabilities. The role may also contribute to train-the-trainer programs, facilitation standards, and learning environment improvements.

This role evaluates learning program effectiveness through performance analysis, feedback, and continuous improvement activities. The role may also oversee project execution, support governance processes, develop team capabilities, ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards, and recommend improvements that enhance learning outcomes and operational efficiency.

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
