Position Summary...

The purpose of this role is to centralize omni planning, design, and implementation of strategic commercial planning processes, working cross-functionally to drive business results through collaboration and influence.

What you'll do...

This role may lead strategy, planning, and execution plans for end-to-end merchandising key events, ranging from 90 to 360 days out. This includes leading and facilitating across multiple strategic business units for all key events, with a focus on scorecard reviews, guiding principles, buy plans, and customer walkthroughs.

The role may also chair the monthly Commercial Planning Strategy meeting, which involve presentation to senior leaders from various functions. These meetings focus on strategy building, execution planning with cross-functional business plans, and commercial innovation project.


Additionally, this role may facilitate decision-making on the allocation of promotional space for commercial events, ensuring alignment with seasonal themes and cross-functional coordination.

The role also involves change and stakeholder management, keeping all stakeholders informed on progress and risks, and acting as a liaison between project leads, executives, senior management, and cross-functional project teams. Furthermore, it supports business owners in managing multiple workstreams concurrently, organizing working sessions, and continuously improving the commercial strategic planning process through innovation and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Merchandise background

  • Strong Program and Project Management skills

  • Excellent Financial and Data Analytical Skills

  • Excellent communication and influence capability

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency building reporting on Tableau

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
