Position Summary...

Leads the Analytics and Insights team to deliver actionable data-driven insights, ensuring high-quality analysis and reporting. Partners with stakeholders to support strategic decisions, drive continuous improvement, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

What you'll do...

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop the Analytics and Insights team, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate needs into analytical solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and insightful reports.
  • Validate data sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all outputs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
  • Oversee and review analysts’ work to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate processes and enhance team efficiency.
  • Empower other teams by training and enabling effective use of analytics platforms.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ extensive experience in data and statistical analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python.
  • Proven experience working in the Retail Industry is a plus.
  • Expertise in Business Intelligence reporting using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to drive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation-building skills, translating complex statistical concepts into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
