This role involves the implementation of program plans, changes, and solutions by communicating with key stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust. Responsibilities include prioritizing critical issues for root-cause analysis, ensuring resolution, monitoring execution and milestones, tracking high-level deliverables, and preparing weekly performance reports.
The role coordinates and oversees job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. It supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifies and communicates goals and objectives, builds accountability, measures progress, identifies improvement opportunities, and promotes continuous learning.
Evaluating program performance involves comparing projections to actual results, analyzing key performance indicators and trend data, conducting return-on-investment analyses, reviewing customer feedback, addressing cross-functional program issues, and collaborating with teams to increase service and product capabilities. Recommendations for adjustments and process improvement ideas are presented to leadership to meet deliverables.
This role provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness. Compliance with company policies and procedures is ensured by implementing related action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and providing guidance on business processes and practices. Complex programs are executed by prioritizing issues, providing presentations, managing stakeholder expectations, and developing performance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field like (not restricted to) project management, compliance, operations management, human resources.
1 year’s experience managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or relate financial process.
2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
