Position Summary...

The Manager, Realty Project Management ensures successful execution of store projects, including remodels and new setups, by coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and budgets.

What you'll do...

The Manager, Realty Project Management supports the planning and execution of store projects, engaging in activities such as developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. This role also involves managing comprehensive project schedules, making necessary adjustments to accommodate any delays or changes in scope, and ensuring minimal impact on overall timelines.

The position acts as a liaison between various stakeholders and internal teams, facilitating clear and consistent communication. The Manager tracks project milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and identifies and resolves any project-related issues or conflicts. This role also manages changes to project scope, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and approval from relevant stakeholders.

Additionally, the Manager may develop and maintain project management reporting tools, measure business progress, and call out roadblocks while assisting in identifying solutions. This position ensures proper execution of best practices across multiple cross-functional teams, such asoperations, merchandising, systems, and loss prevention, contributing to consistent quality and performance.

The Manager may handle budget management, review and approve design changes and associated fees, and ensure compliance with company standards. This role also oversees the effective training and development of in-store associates, ensuring proper fixture and equipment installation, and readiness of all areas for business operations.

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
