Position Summary...

This role leads a team of facilitators to deliver training programs and ensure the effectiveness of learning experiences, both in person and virtually.

What you'll do...

This role trains, validates, and certifies facilitators to deliver training using masterful and synchronous techniques. The role models these behaviors and demonstrates expert facilitation skills. The role plans the quarterly delivery schedule, manages resources, and communicates plans to stakeholders. This role observes training sessions to ensure effective facilitation, participant engagement, and accurate responses to questions. The role checks for appropriate storytelling to inspire participants.

This role utilizes system-driven tracking and feedback to assess learner progress and confirm readiness. The role communicates program effectiveness and achievement of learning objectives to stakeholders. The role also supports the development of learning dashboards and socializes them as required. This role confirms learners meet performance criteria, collaborates with coaches on development plans, and provides feedback.

The role displays passion and energy while facilitating, using various techniques to engage participants. The role seeks new ways to enhance training delivery and stays current with trends and best practices in education and training. This role aligns training content with corporate strategies and shares best practices openly. The role plans for talent pipeline, assesses skill levels, and assigns developmental opportunities. This role also evolves the brand through positive interactions, relationships, and social media strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of facilitation experience, delivering instructor‑led learning in both in‑person and virtual environments
  • 3–5 years of experience leading salaried associates, including coaching, performance feedback, and development planning
  • Demonstrated ability to observe, assess, and coach facilitation delivery, ensuring learner engagement, accuracy, and impact
  • Proven experience training, validating, and certifying facilitators to deliver consistent, high‑quality learning experiences
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, inspire, and engage adult learners
  • Experience partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to align learning delivery with business priorities and operational needs
  • Ability to plan and manage learning delivery schedules, allocate resources, and adapt to changing business requirements
  • Comfortable using system‑driven tracking, feedback, and data to assess learner readiness and program effectiveness

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
