The Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights will manage the interpretation, analytics reporting, and analysis for key insights and performance recommendations. The role may involve compiling and analyzing data, leading client-facing analysis, and ensuring data accuracy through regular audits and data visualization processes. This position may also assist in the development of measurement tools and platforms while fostering strong business partnerships.
The role will involve leading marketing initiatives, tracking and reporting participation in events, and improving site performance through various optimization techniques. Additionally, it may include preparing category-level analysis and collaborating with product teams to create automated reports.
The position will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their evolving information needs and build a tangible data strategy. Responsibilities may include data management, extraction, and visualization, as well as managing job responsibilities in an AGILE (SCRUM) fashion. Business requirements gathering and KPI management are also integral parts of the role.
The Senior Analyst will also support the development of innovative solutions, design and implement new processes, and monitor business performance against key metrics. The role involves analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement projects that lead to scalable processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer science, Business, engineering, or mathematics/statistics. Minimum 2 years’ experience in business analytics; Proficient with Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Dataiku, VBA
