Position Summary...

Oversees and ensures accountability of the service delivery model and partnerships. Drives cost optimization, change management, and communication. Responsible for compliance and governance in strategy and execution.

What you'll do...

-This role meets regularly with the service partner’s vendor management team to review performance and opportunities. The role may act as a liaison to assist in issue resolution when required and collaborates with the service partner’s finance and analytics teams on initiatives related to optimal service delivery options. Periodic reviews of financial and KPI/SLA performance with the service partner may also be necessary.

-The role involves partnerships with various stakeholders, including compliance teams, merchants, and regional teams. This role serves as a point of escalation and leverages service provider data to inform strategies. Supporting communication between operations and service partners is also a key responsibility. -Additionally, the role oversees spending in collaboration with finance teams and ensures relevant stakeholder communication. Ensuring compliance in processes and strategy is essential. Review and management of Compliance Invoices. The role communicates and coordinates business input into capital and program plans with various service partners and support areas.

- Manage contracts with stakeholders and legal partners. Facilitate landlord invoices and escalations. Responsible for FM Sourcing initiatives and vendor onboarding.

- The role oversees the Shopping Cart, Food Equipment, and FLS Programs.

- Generate reports and insights for Regional FM’s and FM Leadership to facilitate daily operations and core strategies. Familiarity with CMMS systems required.
