Position Summary...

The Senior Analyst, Process Improvement supports and advances process improvement projects across various operational areas, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.

What you'll do...

The Senior Analyst, Process Improvement identifies opportunities for service and performance enhancements through in-depth research, data analysis, and feedback. This position may conduct root cause analysis to resolve systemic issues and support the development and implementation of solutions aligned with strategic objectives. The role also involves defining business requirements, designing proof of concepts, and planning rollouts for both process and technology implementations.

Responsibilities include investigating and testing new technologies to address operational gaps, working cross-functionally with internal and external partners to meet project milestones, and developing process documentation. The Senior Analyst may also assist in creating and improving operational metrics and service levels to measure productivity and customer satisfaction. Providing expertise for training materials and facilitating training sessions where required is also part of the role. The Senior Analyst will administer and maintain system settings across multiple replenishment platforms, as well as data flows to support automation and system health.

In addition, the Senior Analyst supports the strategy and development of processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and integration into the overall operational ecosystem. Advocating for best practices and leveraging cross-functional knowledge are key aspects, as well as building relationships with international counterparts to share and gather insights. The role may also involve managing change management strategies and providing ongoing support post-implementation to ensure sustained success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Dataiku, or similar).
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience working in data platforms such as Google BigQuery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate large, complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) considered an asset.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to support automation and data integration initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
