The Senior Analyst, Project Management will act as the subject matter expert for digital flyer campaigns, managing all phases from execution to post-campaign analysis. Functioning as the key integrator, this role will ensure seamless alignment and collaboration between internal teams and external partners on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
The Senior Analyst will lead communication efforts, manage conflicts, bridge process gaps, and promote effective cross-team workflows. Responsibilities will include maintaining executive-level dashboards to track program status, reporting insights, and recommending improvements. The role will also involve tracking and analyzing KPIs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
Additionally, the Senior Analyst will serve as a guardian for digital display assets, ensuring adherence to legal regulations, compliance, brand consistency, and industry standards. The Senior Analyst will stay current on relevant regulations and best practices, assist campaign managers with daily operations and troubleshooting, identify and resolve issues, escalate risks as needed, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and solutions to optimize efficiency and quality across all campaign processes.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, campaign management, or digital marketing, preferably within a retail merchandising and e-commerce environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and story-telling skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
