Job Description
Senior Analyst, Specialty Compliance and Ethics manages the analysis and processing of compliance-related requests, including privacy complaints and access to information requests. This role may also gain enhanced visibility into personal information and data processes, auto-assign tasks, and oversee account cleanup.
The position coordinates the gathering, review, and redaction of records, prepares responses to requests, and provides recommendations on exemptions as required. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to efficiently fulfill data subject access request tasks is also a key responsibility. Maintaining internal logs, generating compliance-ready reports, and understanding workflow trends are essential tasks.
Senior Analyst, Specialty Compliance and Ethics supports departmental best practices regarding access to information and consent management, leads relevant training and awareness content, and assists with implementing data subject rights and consent management systems. The role may drive initiatives to tailor automated workflows and customize templated workflows to meet business and regulatory requirements.
Overseeing the DSR Management , verifying accuracy of data access responses, liaising with vendors for solution improvements, and conducting periodic audits of online tracking technologies are also part of the job. Additionally, the role may involve analyzing compliance data, preparing detailed reports, and researching regulations to communicate findings to stakeholders and ensure compliance with government regulations.
