Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights guides the analysis, reporting, and strategic insights across multiple aspects of the business. This role involves identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing business processes, managing relationships, and driving actionable analytics to support key stakeholders. The Senior Manager also leads the development of analytics tools and methodologies, maintains data integrity, and steers the development of strategic roadmaps.

What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights is responsible for reconciling and calibrating various data sources to provide a comprehensive view of business performance. This role involves managing reporting, creating compelling reports that support the organization's needs, and identifying the most accurate data sources to provide in-depth results for various business units.

This role also includes ongoing management of business models, ensuring alignment and calibration, and handling changes as required. As the primary contact for data requests from various internal stakeholders, the Senior Manager provides data, insights, and advanced analytic expertise to address market movements and their impact on business performance.

The Senior Manager also leads the development of tools and dashboards to increase access and socialization of results across the organization. By working alongside broader teams, this role strengthens the understanding of business performance and identifies leading and lagging indicators of performance.

This role requires effective management of a substantial budget, ensuring cost efficiencies through scale, automation, optimization of resources, and synergies with other functions. It also involves attracting, coaching, and managing a team to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their roles effectively.

The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights is expected to stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in their field, continuously testing new opportunities to drive audience acquisition, engagement, and business growth while embedding best practices into established marketing and operational workflows.
