Position Summary...

Product Expertise & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a product ambassador, showcasing deep knowledge of Walmart Data Ventures’ products, competitive offerings, and market trends.
Identify and propose data-driven opportunities to internal stakeholders to support business growth and product adoption.
Develop and deliver educational materials and training sessions (webinars, courses, presentations) to enhance product understanding and usage.
Market Research Leadership
Design and execute full-cycle research projects from methodology and survey design to field management, analysis, and delivery.
Oversee the flawless execution of research initiatives from design through final reporting.
Develop and share best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality of research output.
Customer Survey Strategy
Design and implement customer surveys to gather actionable feedback on products, services, and experiences.
Manage multichannel distribution strategies to ensure high engagement and participation.
Oversee reward and incentive programs to encourage participation while maintaining cost-effectiveness and operational integrity.
Supplier Engagement
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure survey objectives align with product and customer expectations.
Communicate key findings and actionable feedback to suppliers to drive product improvements.
Cultivate long-term partnerships that foster transparency, trust, and continuous improvement.
Data Analysis & Strategic Insights
Analyze survey and market research data using statistical tools to uncover patterns and actionable insights.
Present findings in a compelling and digestible manner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Provide strategic recommendations based on research to influence product development, marketing, and customer experience initiatives.
Communication
Deliver clear, concise, and impactful communications across multiple levels of the organization.
Translate complex data and insights into business-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
Serve as a liaison between research, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
Create compelling presentations, reports, and summaries tailored to specific audiences and decision-making needs.
