The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for leading strategic initiatives focused on vertical integration, innovation, supply chain optimization, and transformational projects. Develop and execute vertical integration strategies, including site selection, plant design, and operational launch for new facilities.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and technology providers to support supply chain and sourcing objectives.
Own P&L for vertically integrated operations, set financial targets, monitor performance, and drive profitability.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vertical integration and supply chain initiatives with overall business strategy.
Drive product and process innovation using customer insights, market research, and emerging technologies.
Analyze customer needs to inform assortment decisions and enhance value propositions.
Lead and align cross-functional teams—including supply chain, merchandising, operations, and finance—for seamless project execution.
Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability across project teams.
Serve as a change agent, inspiring stakeholders to embrace new ways of working and supporting organizational transformation.
Provide updates and transparent reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, and business impact.
Lead strategic projects focused on sustainability and quality, developing responsible sourcing and waste reduction strategies.
Champion quality improvement programs and scale innovative solutions in sustainability and quality.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to address risks and opportunities.
Manage multiple projects, utilizing project management tools and performance dashboards.
Facilitate contractual negotiations and support complex negotiations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory processes.
Perform data analysis to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic partnerships, business development, supply chain, project management, or a related area;
- At least 3 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
