Software Developer I develops and executes database queries and procedures to ensure efficient data processing for various projects. This position may also develop and present reports in multiple formats, utilizing traditional querying techniques and business intelligence platforms. Responsibilities include creating data procedures for data remediation and acting as a data expert for business users in assigned domains. Additionally, Software Developer I writes, executes, and tests code changes to fix defects or enhance software products. This role may troubleshoot business and production issues, collaborating with support teams to resolve problems. The position involves translating basic requirements into technical solutions, participating in small team projects, and ensuring on-time delivery of project components. Software Developer I supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, and adapting to organizational changes. The role may involve monitoring system dashboards, resolving low-impact customer issues, and continuously researching new technologies. This position models compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
