Position Summary...

Assists with the leadership of the Front End areas and department processes, responding to problems and inquiries and teach and training associates. Ensures a positive shopping experiences while driving customer loyalty.

The Lead strategically plans and executes Front End activities based on workload and operational functions and will assist on the sales floor as required.

What you'll do...

1.​​Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.​
2.​​Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed ie. Safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft etc.​
3.Handles customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as required
4.​​Delegate, assist and follow up overall front end operations, ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks as well as providing assistance to outlying registers.​

6.Assign Associates to support with coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.
7.​​Participates in the training and development of the Front End Associates , and provides feedback as needed, ie scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, credit card service, Walmart Protection Plan, charity events, etc.​
8.​​Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.​
