Position Summary...

Responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to and from the DC.

What you'll do...

• Flexible to work in morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.
• Work as Team with other associates and support each other as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills and able to use Excel Spreadsheets.
• Take phone calls, reply emails and coordinate with other departments of Walmart.
• Respectful and patient while dealing with internal and external customers.
• Use different Walmart systems for Yard Management, Warehouse Management, Load Management and scheduling.
• Perform different functions efficiently as and when assigned.
• Verify documents for inbound loads, process and release to docks in a timely manner. Accordingly update the system.
• Support docks with any issues they face related to inbound/outbound loads.
• Book appointments for vendors/carriers according to their email/phone requests.
• Follow priority and hold guidelines provided by Walmart.
• Provide paperwork to drivers for outbound loads and assist them with their queries. Send yard check reports to carriers daily.
• Keep a track of outbound store loads. Coordinate with LSS and Carriers to ensure timely store deliveries.
