Position Summary...

This role will be responsible for supporting the Transportation team. This role involves analyzing operational performance using Transportation metrics & insights to proactively address issues and identify opportunities for improvement. This role will support the regional teams in determining the most cost-effective frequency model balancing with exceptional service to stores. Additionally, the role will involve building and maintaining systems like Salesforce, Five9, WTMS, and QuickBase to support decision-making and help improve the overall efficiency of the inbound and outbound efficiencies.

What you'll do...

Serve as the primary point of contact for Transportation dashboards, LSS team, NOC, and Claims, responsible for building and managing reports.

Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and presentations to logistics leaders to support decision-making.

Subject matter expert (Salesforce, Five9, WTMS, Quickbase, Tableau, BQ, Dataiku etc) to identify opportunities for service enhancement and cost reduction.

Lead regular improvements and enhancements to reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

Manage data mining activities and generate service level reports.

Supporting and managing strategic programs by providing insights on DC performance, Transportation metrics, and Store Operations, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and delivering clear, actionable KPI reports to senior leadership.

Manages the Salesforce DB with users, modifications and overall system improvements

Own the Master Store Schedule and lead the RSRS insights strategy within the transportation portfolio, driving cost optimization in the transportation P&L while managing projects and presenting insights to senior leaders.
