Position Summary...

Senior Manager, Program Management will oversee and optimize program delivery systems, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation to drive long-term growth. This role manages a team of professionals, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, Program Management is responsible for developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the performance of various systems and services. This position ensures operational excellence by optimizing processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and resource utilization. Regulatory compliance and risk management are also essential responsibilities, requiring the identification of potential risks and the development of effective mitigation strategies. The role requires strategic leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive vision and long-term strategies that align with organizational goals. The Senior Manager may also identify and implement innovative technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency and quality. Budgeting and resource allocation are critical, with collaboration required to develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources. Team management is a key component, involving the leadership and mentoring of team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. The role may also include providing training and professional development opportunities. Effective stakeholder collaboration is necessary, requiring coordination with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless program delivery.
