The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management leads the planning and execution of supply chain strategies, including long-range planning and annual operating plans. This position focuses on optimizing delivery networks, improving efficiency, and ensuring best-in-class delivery experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as finance, merchandising, and operations, is essential in developing and executing these strategies.
This role also drives business opportunities by identifying and assessing program feasibility, evaluating financial and physical performance, and implementing best practices from the industry. The Senior Manager may act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and developing benchmarking initiatives to enhance supply chain processes. Additionally, this role supports system solutions for new features, working with product and engineering teams to address critical business issues.
The Senior Manager is responsible for developing and managing budgets, business cases for strategic projects, and coaching teams that manage delivery service providers and store operations. Ensuring the smooth flow of goods involves working collaboratively with various teams to resolve capacity constraints, develop mitigation activities, and guide executive team members through major decisions. This role may also oversee planning and execution for large promotional events and handle complex stakeholder relationships to drive continuous improvement in supply chain management.

Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum of Supply Chain experience
- Experience in supply chain strategy / optimization
- Strong analytical, relationship building, and communication skills
- Operational experience an asset.
- DC operations experience an asset
