Position Summary...

Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management is responsible for providing analytics support and managing supply chain performance to drive assortment growth, inventory productivity, and efficient product flow. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, improve processes, and meet customer requirements.

What you'll do...

The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management is responsible for managing the Omni operation within a Business Unit for a group of categories. The purpose of the Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management role is to manage the ordering and flow of all inventory for a Merchandise category/department (s) with the goal of maximizing sales by maintaining high availability while controlling inventory to achieve improved inventory turns and maintain Availability. This position is also responsible for managing Supplier performance on Fillrate and On time delivery.


In this role, the Senior Analyst may present findings and lead meetings with project leads within Supply Chain, Merchandising, and eCommerce. The role includes leading the production of reporting and any ad-hoc analysis required by business partners and leadership teams. The position applies and contributes to the improvement of the supply chain channel management analysis framework, ensuring objectivity, accuracy, and critical thinking. Technical and analytical support may also be provided to various teams.

Additionally, the Senior Analyst may contribute to and/or lead projects with cross-functional teams aimed at reducing costs, inventory levels, supply chain lead times, and improving product flow and on-shelf availability. The role supports systematic and process development and strengthens relationships with internal and external partners to enhance overall supply chain performance. This role leverages AI, predictive analytics and real time data to support decision making and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (SCM, Business Admin, Economics and Engineering), Masters or Supply Chain certification (APICS, CPIM, or CSCP) are an assets
  • 1-3 years in supply chain, inventory management, or replenishment roles; experience with large-scale retail or distribution environments preferred
  • Experience with resolving supply chain opportunities and cross functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated comfort in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making
